Description
The Samix SCX24 Brass Heavy Steering Knuckle is a great way to add forward weight bias to your SCX24 based rig. These brass knuckles are machined from brass, and feature a slick black coating with gold chamfered edges that give the axle a custom look. They weigh 9 grams each to help improve the center of gravity, and are marked with L and R to simplify installation. Package includes two knuckles and four king pin bushings.

Timothy Eldridge Verified Owner Tuesday, Mar 7 2023 (about 2 years ago) Samix SCX24 Brass Heavy Steering Knuckle (2) (9g) I ordered these for my Axial AX24 XC-1 4WS Crawler thinking they would be compatible. They are not. The ball stud screws for the steering link snapped while trying to screw them in. It happened on both sides. All the other pieces fit perfectly. The thread pitch looks to be different on the stock XC-1 ball studs than on the ball studs that come with the Axial brass steering knuckle set. If you have the other ball stud screws then they might work? Overall, the Samix knuckles look like a great product. They just need that steering link hole to be tapped for the XC-1. Amain was awesome as usual helping sort it all out. They even credited me for the part. 5 stars for Amain! At full lock, the knuckle hits the head of the lower shock bolt. Might be limiting steering angle some. View all reviews
