Description
This is a 10 meter package of RCProPlus DE254 Servo Wire. This wire is the lighter weight, higher flexibility version of the DE254 wire. This wire is built with 135 strands of 0.06mm wire, and will weigh about 15.9 grams per meter of wire.

William Ryan Verified Owner Sunday, Dec 8 2024 (10 months ago) RCPROPLUS DE254 22AWG Lightweight Servo Wire (10 Meters) (135×0.06) I was impressed by this wire. Weight is indeed around 75% of the weight of typical 22-gauge wire. The conductor is excellent quality and there’s no skimping on gauge. Flexibility is also excellent. Overall, a very high-quality product.
The insulation on this wire is significantly thinner than typical servo wire insulation. Note that typical stamped crimps on JR connectors are designed to crimp thicker insulation than what’s on this wire, so the strength of the crimp may be lower. I’ve found using standard crimps suitable for my needs, but I’m convinced that terminating this wire with the DE254 machined contacts it’s designed for would yield the best results. View all reviews
