Kyle Gravelle Sunday, Jul 23 2023 (about 2 years ago) LRP ZR.32X .32 Spec 4.1 Monster Truck Nitro Engine Have about 2 gallons through it and so far it’s excellent. I’m running an OS carb in it so can’t comment on the stock carb other than it looks decent and is probably alright. There are 3 shims on the head (2 thick ones and 1 thin one). I took a risk and removed both the thick ones and it’s a COMPLETELY different engine now. SO much better. Much more power, better fuel economy, better throttle response, holds tune better. It’s been totally fine like this on 33% nitro with a P3 plug in warm weather. Took the head off, no signs of detonation. Temps are always in the low 200’s. Try it. Also break in was very easy, wasn’t super tight from the factory. Compression is excellent now 4 customers found this review helpful. If your bashing and want a step up from the rtr dynamite .28 that comes in the 8t rtr or any rtr for that matter, this is great choice. Break in went great and its only going to get faster as it runs in. Could only imgaine what it could do after being modded what the right setup…. 1 customer found this review helpful. Break ins a tad bit slow, it actually needs to break in past your 4-5 tanks but will rip! You just don’t get full power yet!! Love my .32s and .28s! Go pull start! Alfonso Gonzalez Verified Owner Wednesday, Sep 21 2022 (about 3 years ago) LRP ZR.32X .32 Spec 4.1 Monster Truck Nitro Engine Amazing engine! It does come extremely tight because the engine is huge, and the break in process took a while and was a bit of a pain but now that its all broken in, it’s faster than ever and more powerful than ever on 30% nitro! Benito Vega Verified Owner Monday, May 9 2022 (about 3 years ago) LRP ZR.32X .32 Spec 4.1 Monster Truck Nitro Engine The engine was not what I had expected someone new way before and just ran with it poorly manufactured that’s the last dollar I ever spend on lrp 224.$ and now they are selling it for 159.$ 4 days after I bought it bad business 1 of 13 customers found this review helpful.
