Andy Szmidt Verified Owner Wednesday, Jan 8 2025 (9 months ago) Furitek Kraken Sensored Brushless Motor (6700kV) (Mini-B & Mini-T) I have two of these motors. The first was awesome and I am still running it. The second one I received had issues. When soldering wires to the motor, the copper contact on the B connection post separated from the post and now I can’t get a connection on that post. Reached out to A-Main who directed me to Furitek Support. Two unanswered emails to Furitek later, I am still in the same situation.
Update… AMain has informed me that they will handle the replacement. Stay tuned… SpudStud Saturday, Jun 15 2024 (about a year ago) Furitek Kraken Sensored Brushless Motor (6700kV) (Mini-B & Mini-T) So far so good with this motor in my Mini-T 2.0. I have heard people having problems with this motor only when paired with the Furitek esc… Mainly where the Esc was being fried but not the motor. I am running mine with the Hobbywing 16BL30 and have been pushing it pretty hard so far. I plan on throwing a 3S battery at it soon and will see how that goes. Just the swapping of motors and esc on the car the mini-T with bald tires was hitting 32mph easily without the motor getting hot.
