Via the ECM can mode to DRL, hazards and of course having functioning brake and reverse lights are the real treat. Problem isn’t the lights, it’s Traxxas junk ECM. First 4M had to remove/replace the 2.5 ECM, lights twitched out, everything else with ECM fine, in fact used it later for months on an IR40 build. Just replaced my son’s ECM recently because it just gave up completely. Installed new 2.5 ECM and right out of the gate lights are twitching. Unrelated to the light kit but Traxxas ECMs are s&!t. Aside from 2.5 ECM drama haven’t had one issue with the lights, they’ve been through water, snow, mud, bug dust. So if your lights trip out, be ready to spend $50 on another ECM and hope it works.
