Designed with performance in mind the Torquemaster Mini uses premium components and high quality construction making this an excellent performance option for the TRX-4M rock crawler. Available in multiple turn counts the 66T motor gives you a noticeable boost in wheel speed while the 87T option offers a high quality, more efficient replacement for the stock TRX-4M motor. Package includes one 180 size motor with pinion pre-installed.

Lee Mims Verified Owner Sunday, May 21 2023 (about 2 years ago) Holmes Hobbies Torquemaster Mini Brushed 180 Motor for Traxxas TRX-4M (66T) Always enjoy the price point of quality and affordability of Holmes stuff. Put this in my TRX4-M Defender (stock ESC) and it is great low crawl with the crawl gears and higher top speed vs stock motor with trail gears. Turns the 62mm injora S5 tires no problem.
Then, I put a Furitek Lizard ESC in the TRX4-M and with that better esc and this cheap little brushed motor it feels like a brushless. A really solid performing truck, tons of torque, not much more speed than stock.
If you need more torque and also more top speed the only way you’re getting that is a full on brushless, this is a really cheap alternative and it’s 80% as good IMO. 5 customers found this review helpful.
