At 5.25″ tall, the Hyrax LP is shorter in stature than the traditional 2.2″ Hyrax but larger than the 1.9″ Hyrax XL tire. This makes it ideal for Class 3 competition crawling, where you need the greater ground clearance of a 2.2″ tire, but still maintaining great sidewall stability! The legendary Hyrax was designed for maximum grip on the toughest terrain. Features an aggressive tread pattern with each tread block containing multiple Sipes for an incredible tread flex. The highly detailed connected tread on the sidewall of the Hyrax extends out for unmatched side-hilling performance.

James Verified Owner Tuesday, Dec 5 2023 (about a year ago) Pro-Line 1/10 Hyrax LP 2.2″ Rock Crawling Tires (2) (Class 3) (G8) Proline G8 compound is perfect in Western Colorado! While the Hyrax isn’t the best looking tire, it performs incredibly well. I’m running these on a Capra with dual stage foams (soft outer) and they are awesome. Capra is 6lb 10oz. Mounted diameter is accurate on a 30mm I.D. wheel. Buy these or the PL Swamper 2.2s for your Capra and you won’t be disappointed. 1 customer found this review helpful. View all reviews
