The Losi LMT Bog Hog RTR 1/8 4WD Solid Axle Mega Truck is engineered for mud flinging fun with overpowered performance. Mega trucks, resembling monster trucks but with specific tractor tires, tackle mud bogs, large jumps, and rough terrain effortlessly. Available in licensed Bog Hog and King Sling body schemes, this truck boasts a Firma 3668 2800kV brushless motor for thrilling “send it” action. It features CRUSH Drive Technology to protect the drivetrain, enabling insane backflips, deep mud skimming, and high jumps, delivering high-octane fun.
About the Bog Hog
Replica Body
The Bog Hog RC body is designed to mimic the look of real monster trucks, with a robust and aggressive aesthetic. This 1/8 scale body is officially licensed and meticulously replicates the design details of the actual truck, including a driver insert, safety seat, headers, and a fuel cell for added realism. The body is known for its large rear wing and solid-axle housing, which contribute to its stable and high-performance handling on rugged terrains. The striking appearance and scale details make the Bog Hog both visually impressive and functional for competitive racing and off-road adventures.
Performance Chassis
The twin vertical plate chassis, powder-coated like actual trucks, offers exceptional strength and various setup and tuning options. It features two battery mounting choices, allowing drivers to use a “shorty” pack for a lower center of gravity or a full-size pack for extended run time. Additionally, the chassis plates provide tuning options, including mounting the shocks to the lower 4-link bar (sold separately) for optimal handling characteristics.
Drivetrain & Axles
The Losi LMT Bog Hog features a robust 4-link, solid-axle design with an internal metal drivetrain that withstands constant abuse. It includes sealed differentials that can be tuned with various oil weights and adjustable caster and toe for precise performance adjustments. The drivetrain is equipped with CUSH drive technology, using rubber elastomers to act as a torque dampener, protecting it during sudden impacts without losing power output. This design ensures the Bog Hog can handle both 3S and massive 4S power efficiently.

Build quality is horrible, front shocks are dead no rebound or compression like no oil maybe the chrome plating on the wheels is terrible and some of the screws that fasten the hub to the wheel are rusted the tilting body feature to access the electronics is useless, all in all just a really bad build for the price I expect a lot better quality I don’t it want it Yes I can fix the issues but I shouldn’t have to fix a brand new $700 after taxes RC !!! trx4 beater Verified Owner Sunday, May 14 2023 (about 2 years ago) Losi LMT Bog Hog RTR 1/8 Brushless 4WD Solid Axle Mega Truck Its a really cool truck what else can i say. I have the LMT Gravedigger as well. I haven’t tried this with the monster truck tires yet, but it is extremely powerful. And I haven’t even run 4s yet.
